WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

Each week of Real Work Ready™ is designed to integrate directly into your real professional life.

A typical week includes:

Live operating session (75-minutes)

A facilitated working session focused on a specific layer of professional operating capability.

You will work through real workplace scenarios, guided exercises, and applied discussions that show how work is actually handled.

Real-world application

Between sessions, you apply what you’re building directly inside your current role.

This includes how you take in work, structure tasks, communicate updates, run meetings, handle ambiguity, and follow through.

Your job becomes the practice environment.

Operating reflection & refinement

You’ll complete short structured reflections that help you assess what worked, what didn’t, and how to adjust your approach.

This is where operating habits begin to shift.

Progressive system build

Each week builds on the last.

By the end of the program, you will have constructed your own Professional Operating Plan — a working reference that guides how you operate going forward.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

How the six-week readiness installation works

Real Work Ready™ is delivered across six live operating modules.

Each module installs a different layer of professional operating capability and builds toward a complete Professional Operating Plan.

Each week includes live operating sessions, real workplace scenarios, guided practice, and direct application to participants’ current roles.

Week 1 — The Real Work Ready™ Performance Model

How professional performance actually works

This week establishes the performance lens used throughout the program.

Participants work with the Real Work Ready™ Performance Model to understand how professionals are actually evaluated, where expectations really live, and how operating behavior shapes credibility.

  • Learn how performance is really assessed

  • Map their current operating strengths and gaps
  • Build shared professional language
  • Reframe their role through a performance lens

This week creates the foundation for every operating shift that follows.

Participants learn how to clarify work, structure execution, manage priorities, and communicate progress using a shared professional execution cycle.
